Business days are Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Orders are processed in US Dollars. After payment is processed by your local bank, the charge is then converted into your currency.
VAT, Taxes, and Duties:
For orders shipping to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man (UK), Italy, Jersey (UK), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden, we collect VAT, Taxes, and Duties. These packages are cleared through the Netherlands, and we collect and pay all VAT and duties based on Netherlands customs regulations. For orders shipping to the United Kingdom, we collect and pay all VAT duties based on UK customs regulations.
For orders shipping to Canada, we’ll handle the collection and payment of all VAT and duties based on your region.
For all other countries, we don’t calculate or collect taxes/duties at the time of payment. It’s your responsibility to check and follow your country’s local regulations and policies. You also need to ensure that your Customs Department permits the contents of your order to enter the country, and be aware that duties/tariffs might be collected upon delivery. We won’t be able to provide a refund on shipping if you refuse the package or if customs refuses it due to regulations, taxes, or duties. If the package is seized by customs and not returned to us, we can’t issue a refund.
Note: You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties that may apply.

As soon as your order ships, we’ll hit you up with an email that includes your tracking info. The estimated tracking times are provided by the shipping service you selected at checkout.
For domestic orders, you can generally expect delivery within 1-12 business days, depending on the shipping option you chose.
Keep in mind, USPS and DHL provide estimated delivery dates, but transit times can vary depending on the class of mail. Unfortunately, we, USPS, or DHL can’t guarantee these times.
For our international gamers, orders can take up to 30 business days to arrive once they’re on the move with our international shipping carrier. This doesn’t include any potential delays at customs.
Note: Transit times don’t include the time it takes us to prep your order for shipment, so hang tight—we’re working hard to get your products to you!
Once you place your order, the shipping address can't be changed.
If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete, marked "unclaimed," "return to sender," or deemed undeliverable for any reason, we'll notify you by email. Once we get the package back, our returns team will process it and refund the subtotal of your order. Refunds aren’t issued until the package arrives at our facility.
Heads up: After we process your refund, it may take your bank 2-8 business days to return the funds to your account.
Make sure your address is correct at checkout—we're not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
If you contact the carrier after your order leaves our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we're not responsible if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
For orders placed during a sale, if a package is returned due to an incomplete or unknown address, or if it’s refused/returned to sender, the sale discount can’t be applied to a future order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or unknown address, or if it's refused/returned to sender, your refund will be less the standard shipping and handling charges that would have applied without the promotion.
If any additional items are added to your order that include a pre-order product – ALL of the items in your order will ship when your pre-order becomes available.
Returns
At LFG Energy Club, we stand behind our products, but we know that not every product works for everyone.
For safety reasons, we can't accept returns on any opened product since LFG Energy is a consumable item.
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unopened and in their original condition (sealed tubs, stick packs, etc.).
- Items must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and paperwork.
- Returns must be sent using an insured and traceable shipping method.
- Products must have been purchased directly from www.LFGEnergyClub.com.
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date, following the date of receipt (e.g., if the receipt has a date of January 1, 2021, the return must be postmarked by January 31, 2021)
Shipping and handling costs aren’t eligible for refunds. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, including gift cards. If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be credited back to that card.
We recommend contacting our customer service team before returning any product to confirm if your order is eligible for a return or exchange. If you return an item without consulting us and it doesn’t meet the requirements, we won’t be able to issue a refund.

We do our best to pack your orders perfectly, but mistakes can happen along the way.
If you notice any errors or damages, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your products. Please send images of all items received, the packaging, your invoice, and any visible damages to lfgenergyclub@gmail.com Once we have those, we'll get things sorted for you!
Shaker Cup Policy:
Our warranty doesn’t cover damage from normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care or cleaning (including odor), non-standard usage, negligence, or items purchased at trade shows.
If our LFG representative advises you to return your package or any items, please get in touch with us.
Your local postal driver might leave the package at your door or on your porch, depending on their discretion. We’re not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the driver confirms delivery.
We highly recommend checking the tracking link we provide regularly to ensure someone is available to receive the package when it’s delivered. You’ll get a tracking number and link once your package leaves our warehouse.
If you have questions about your tracking info or if your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it, please contact your local post office for assistance. We only see what the tracking page shows, BUT your local post office can offer more details. If too much time has passed and tracking is no longer available, we may not be able to help.
We don’t offer exchanges, if you qualify for a return. You may return your package and place a new order.

Using a Prepaid Gift Card?
Make sure to register the card with your name and address before using it on our site. We can’t refund to a different payment method if a gift card was used at checkout.
If you would like to cancel your order, please e-mail us at lfgenergyclub@gmail.com. Please know that we might not see your email in time and cannot assist once the package has left our warehouse and the order will ship as is.

We ship everywhere in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and practically everywhere else in the world.

If you bought a pre-order, your entire order will ship within the date range listed on the product page when you made the purchase.
Please note: If a pre-order says it’ll ship during a certain month, that doesn’t mean it’ll ship on the 1st—it can ship anytime within that month.
LFG Energy Club offers various coupon codes for product discounts and free shipping from time to time. To use your discount code, just add your items to the cart, enter the code in the "Discount" field at checkout, and hit apply.
Please note:
- Only one discount code can be used per order (no stacking codes).
- Always check the disclaimer with the discount code for any terms and conditions.
- Expired codes won’t work.
- Shipping costs aren’t included when calculating the minimum purchase requirement.

This might sound simple, but try pushing the strainer as far into the shaker base as possible until it’s super tight. This allows the shaker top to twist onto the threads for a tighter seal—this has helped many customers with the same issue!
